MAPLE BOURBON CHICKEN RICE BOWL
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2" pieces
1 Tbsp. Onion, Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Pepper (Retired)
¾ cup Maple Bourbon Apricot Glaze (Retired)
¼ cup soy sauce
3 cups assorted vegetables, cubed or sliced (carrots, broccoli, baby bok choy, etc...)
4 cups cooked rice
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and all seasonings. Sauté until chicken is cooked through, about 5-6 minutes, add Maple Bourbon Apricot Glaze (Retired) and soy sauce, simmer on low for 10-15 minutes. In another pan add 1 tablespoon Fresh Harvest Garlic Olive Oil and stir-fry vegetables until tender crisp. Place warm rice in bowls and spoon sauced chicken over top. Add veggies to the bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using.
